Blue flag with the royal crest and the name of the county inscribed in curve on a yellow shape of a two-headed frigate bird. This governor general's flag is unique for having the name of the country inscribed in this particular shape. There are only few other governors general flags of this pattern that does not include the inscription the the standard yellow ribbon. Fiji comes to mind.
The source of this flag is a page included in Corr 2. of the
    Album des Pavillons (2000). The Album 1995
Recapitulative edition include only the national flag as above, and a note on
existence of the red, blue and white ensign used, with the national flag in
canton, according to the British customs.

The Album des Pavillons 2023 has already illustrated the flag of Governor 
General with the Tudor crown, but it hasn’t been used yet. This page of the 
Government website shows a letter from the Governor General dated on 29 April 
2024, with headline of current emblem:
